My connection disappeared one day with no warning - after three weeks of speaking to technical support in India, who just kept repeating whatever i was saying but could not actually get my internet connection up and running, i gave up and left Orange/Wanadoo. Not too bad, i have freeserve anytime and it is okay for the price. But apparantly they have doubled ??? the network capacity. It seems like it has been cut in half.
