Advantages: Reliable.

Disadvantages: You still pay for the call.

The only bad thing I can say about Freeuk is that you still have to pay for your call's via a local call rate number.

Many ISP's could learn a lot from Freeuk, since I joined last year I have had no problems at all. So I can't comment on their customer support as I've never had to use itand 90% of the time I can connect first time round

I do use my other ISP more simply because it uses a free call number but if your looking for a reliable ISP I can fully recommend you try Freeuk.
