johnnyho | Yeah, I had the same problem, aroung half past eleven about a week or two weeks ago! I couldn't do anything, and tried my mum's phone on BT Cellnet and it was the same! | 23/08/01 |

As I keep telling our off-spring, there ain't no free luch, and Father Xmas ceases to fulfill your dreams from the age of 6. If not, where's that 6 foot blonde piece I ordered ?
Great op though ! |

Haha. Sorry, these things are going for free now! I ordered mine sunday and got it today, for £0!
At £10 per month its a bit steep IMHO, especially as txt mssgs are free Im unlikely to spend £10! |

Genie's staff always sound unhappy (that is after you've been on hold for half and hour waiting to speak to them)
Their customer care really stinks. The helpline is expensive and there aren't enough operators - plus their 'e-care' service is a joke. It takes them about three months to answer their e-mails. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the actual Genie network. If only they could sort the customer care out... |
