At £10 per month its a bit steep IMHO, especially as txt mssgs are free Im unlikely to spend £10! 		15/08/01
MichaelR MichaelR Genie's staff always sound unhappy (that is after you've been on hold for half and hour waiting to speak to them)

Their customer care really stinks. The helpline is expensive and there aren't enough operators - plus their 'e-care' service is a joke. It takes them about three months to answer their e-mails.

Apart from that, I'm very happy with the actual Genie network. If only they could sort the customer care out... 		15/08/01
