... because the disconnections were occuring randomly so my windows dialer was re-dialing. This was no reason for the problem as the was the problem (the random disconnections) casuing multiple sessions to occur so then he said " its saturday today so its when most people are using the service so that could be causing it". This is the worst isp ever. So far i've been with them for a few weeks. Firstly when you call the sales or customer service number it takes about an hour until someone answers your call. Once you get through, the person who answers it doesn't have a clue about the services they provide to uk customers as they are an american isp. If you ask them something regarding something shown on their website they ask you the exact address of the webpage and then dont give you a real answer they just make assumptions.
