Advantages: Free Internet access - easier later at night

Disadvantages: Can be difficult to connect around 8pm.

I've been using IC24 for quite a few months now. Towards the start I always had engaged tones, but after a while this seemed to improve. I can quite easily connect after 10pm or so which is great for me. Sunday morning seem to be the best of all!

I've signed up to variuos pay-to-surf programs so in other words I get paid to have a free Internet connection.

I use my Orange mobile phone to connect to the Internet as I'm a student and cannot connect from my halls of residence through an ordinary phone line, however, as Orange do not charge for 0800 numbers this means I can research and check my e-mails from my flat.

I would say that IC24 is probably one of the better free ISPs around although it is still not perfect.
