IC24 was the first isp in UK to offer tottaly free internet access on weekends with out any subscription or local call rate charges un like any other ISP who claimed free access but charged you at local call rate.

It used to be the best but now that so many free packages are available it may not be the best any more but still speed wise it is superior to many other.

You can still get free access from 9 to 5 pm on weekends and at local call rate at other times.I used to get connected immediately but now you experience engage tones very often.

So as compared to other services available now it is no more recommended but still if you use internet very occasionally and only on weekendy it may be the best choice for you.
The timings for free internet access has changed and now it from 8 to 12 pm every day and it is even better. You get connected very easily and the speed is good as ever.

With so many companies going out of buissness IC24 is still providing an excellant service totally free of charge.
