IG ClickNewest Review: ... was cheap - ok i admit it i'm a tight sod! From day one the service was poor - It sometimes took 30 - 40 minutes to connect, then when connected you would be cut off after a period of 10 minutes to one hour! (By the way I was on an unlimeted price plan!) I was using an ISDN line at 128kbps second which IG click advertised as being supported, When i kept phoning them they told me they was upgrading on the Friday and this should sort all the connectivity problems - they was going to double there ports!!! However, this has been affected recently by what appears to be over subscription and there has been a total lack of communication from them. There are also rumours of a massive price hike (which is fine as long as they don't expect existing members to pay more) They started off by selling the service as a 24/7, now it seems that they are going to restrict use to 6 hours a day unless you pay a lot more.
