I have to say that this is the worst internet service provider I have every known! These people will tell you ANYTHING to get your money, and if its Technical support they will tell you anything to just get rid of you!! I signed up to IG click mainly because they was cheap - ok i admit it i'm a tight sod! From day one the service was poor - It sometimes took 30 - 40 minutes to connect, then when connected you would be cut off after a period of 10 minutes to one hour! (By the way I was on an unlimeted price plan!) I was using an ISDN line at 128kbps second which IG click advertised as being supported, When i kept phoning them they told me they was upgrading on the Friday and this should sort all the connectivity problems - they was going to double there ports!!! Great! or so I thought! When I tried to go on to the internet on Monday i found that I could only connect at 64kbps (only one ISDN line instead f my normal 2) When i phoned Tech Support they told me that instead of upgrading, they just restricted all logins to 1 and told me if I wanted pure ISDN i would have to pay for a second login basically have to internet accounts for one connection! This company is the biggest con going STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IG click offer 0845 Internet Access for free, there are rumours of a massive price like (which is fine as long as they don't expect existing members to pay more). They started off by selling the service as a 24/7, now it seems that they are going to restrict use to 6 hours a day unless you pay a lot more. I find it difficulty to believe that they couldn't predict the usage patterns of their potential subscribers and this leads me to think that they don't really know what they are doing. This is not an ISP to use as you main source of sending and retrieving e-mail, their mail servers are down a lot. You need a back up ISP. It was a good deal but if the price rise is put into place you can get better deals with more reliable companies.

I have been a customer since day one, when the service was terrible , they promised an upgrade and they kept us informed about what was going on. following the upgrade there has been a month of excellent connectivity and speed. However, this has been affected recently by what appears to be over subscription and there has been a total lack of communication from them. There are also rumours of a massive price hike (which is fine as long as they don't expect existing members to pay more) They started off by selling the service as a 24/7, now it seems that they are going to restrict use to 6 hours a day unless you pay a lot more. I have been a customer of IG Click since it started in mid August this year. Generally they have provided a decent level of service for most of the time. When it first started, I was able to connect first time every time. Over the last few weeks, things have gone downhill. It sometimes takes 10 mins of trying to get a connection. Their mail servers have been down quite a few times. It doesn't cause too much trouble, because I mainly use my hotmail. In fairness, whenever they have had their systems down, an apology is always sent out to all customers. Sometimes, I received an apology for non service at times when I wasn't even connected. The time it takes to connect, is mainly down to more customers joining. Their systems cannot cope. It does however explain this on their home page, and today, I had no problems connecting at 6pm (usually the worse time to connect) Whilst connected, I receive no problems. Have been disconnected, but this is rare, especially when BT Internet cut off fairly often. Price is very good as well. £50 connection fee, plus £30 per year (£80 for first year). They offer 24 hour access via an 0808 number, and it can be used on a non BT line. Technical support is on an 0845 number. Apart from the inability to connect first time for a few weeks, the rest of the service has been very good, and the company are aware of this problem, and are in the process of dealing with it.
