I have been a customer since day one, when the service was terrible , they promised an upgrade and they kept us informed about what was going on. following the upgrade there has been a month of excellent connectivity and speed.

However, this has been affected recently by what appears to be over subscription and there has been a total lack of communication from them. There are also rumours of a massive price hike (which is fine as long as they don't expect existing members to pay more)
They started off by selling the service as a 24/7, now it seems that they are going to restrict use to 6 hours a day unless you pay a lot more. I find it difficulty to believe that they couldn't predict the usage patterns of their potential subscribers and this leads me to think that they don't really know what they are doing.

This is not an ISP to use as you main source of sending and retrieving e-mail, their mail servers are down a lot. You need a back up ISP. It was a good deal but if the price rise is put into place you can get better deals with more reliable companies.

All in all: must try harder, especially in terms of customer communication.
