in2home.co.ukNewest Review: ... some reason, I could not on my Mac, and I was not prepared to call technical support to fix it. 'Why not?' you ask. Well, calling in2home's technical support number is a truly... unique experience. Pretty much all of their tech support staff talk in fairly strong Scottish accents. Now no disrespect to Scottish people, but being unaccustomed to their accent I find it extremely difficult to understand them over a scratchy phone line. I used in2home a lot until about six months ago. The service is very reliable and easy to use, as well as offering fairly decent speeds when I used to use my went downhill quite quickly. When I got my new computer and 56k modem last year I transferred my in2home details over. However, I was unable to get any better speeds than 33.6k, not using the full power of the modem. I appreciate this could have been due to my using a 33.6 instead of a v.90 dialup number but there was no evidence of this. My friend David still uses in2home and he gets 45ks easily. For some reason, I could not on my Mac, and I was not prepared to call technical support to fix it. ... Read the complete review

This is a standard free ISP which has pretty average features and connections. I have used it for about a year and for a standard (non-flat-rate) ISP they are good. I have not used them for a while as I now have free access but they are very handy to keep around as they are very reliable. So if NTL goes down I still have a reliable ISP to back me up. As for connection speeds they tend to be average but constant and they also do not disconnect often. ... Read the complete review

I remember that this was the first time that I had gone about organising myself a web account, and I had a website ready to upload. I had a few teething problems but the customer services were quick and helpful in sorting out the problems. The company offers: - 5 POP3 Based email accounts - 15MB of personal webspace (FTP to it) - News server and mail - Web building information and guides - A monthly newsletter - Online account management - All the usual ISP stuff In the whole time I have used In2Home, there has rarely been a ...
