	Virgin.net Broadband ... seems to be a mix of opinions of Virgin Broadband on this site and as I have been a customer now for two years I thought I d leave my opinion too. Previously I was a customer of NTL but only subscribed to their telephone and television services, not the internet. Whilst with NTL I found the purchased services to be satisfactory, but the customer service of the staff was awful. We also missed one payment due to them trying to take it from our bank account a few days earlier than expected which resulted in the payment being made with charges from the bank for going overdrawn. 	Tiscali (Lineone) ... was told in 2003 that this was the right broadband provider with the best prices. I ended up listening to what people actually said about Tiscali and become a customer with them. Since day one of being with the till the last day of my contract the connection had problems. It had a number of different problems such as losing connection all of a sudden. Sometimes the problem was it would not even connect! I use to end up losing my downloads and those who play games online you would be disconnected and lose your game! Sound good? Defiantly not! 	virginmedia.com ... am a really big fan of Virgin Media! We intially were automatically switched to them after being a Telewest customer for many years. The switch over was unnoticeable apart from a letter being sent, as we kept the same box for quite a while and nothing really chenged with our phone or internet that made much of an impact. However, soon after the changeover, we had a letter explaining the package that we were able to afford with the money we already spent with Telewest, and were suprised to find that it was almost one of the most basic options.
