Liquid Telecom

I have used Liquid Telecom for the last 4 years and found the service to be cost effective and reliable. I use the service from the UK using an International call package where all my international calls goes though Liquid Telecom and local and national calls go though BT this way I get the best price on International calls from Liquid and the best price on local/national calls from BT. Try it you will see its much cheaper. They also have numbers that you can use from outside the UK I have not used this service but friends of mine have and said it worked out much cheaper than calling from that local service provider. In summary I would not recommend this telecom service provider. The line quality is poor; calls are frequently dropped, or simply never connected to the destination. Customer service while friendly is rarely able to correct the problems. Details: I run a small business, which requires a great deal of travel within Europe, and the US. I was looking for a service that offered inexpensive international calls and would offer cheap calls to the UK from abroad.
