LocalTel and its ISP service Screaming.Net are now WorldOnline Telecom. Although the service as poor a while back when there were too many users and not enough capacity there is now nothing wrong with LocalTel/WOL in my opinion.. WOL have now bought localtel and there is a vast inprovement,well things could'nt have got any worst. If your after 24/7 access then they are the network to be on.
