Advantages: Free/cheap internet access, high speed connection

Disadvantages: Lycos homepage is dull

Lycos in association with GloTelecom have launched a new internet service that allows customers 30 minutes of FREE internet calls every day followed by call charges of just 1p per minute 24 hours a day. The down side is that you have to route your calls via GloTelecom (who claim to be 30% cheaper than BT)using a phone dialer charged at £20 - but which is refunded in call credits against voice calls on your first 4 bills. Internet connection and speed is very good and Customer service excellent.
