Advantages: Prompt, Fast!, 99% uptime.

Disadvantages: Slow newsgroups, Crap website

Nildram ADSL, no Dial-up.

After reading some glowing reviews of Nildram (elsewhere), I chose them to be my ADSL provider. That was the best decision I could have made.

From day one, their support has be prompt and knowledgeable.

There were a few hiccups initially (my login needed a CAPITAL letter) but since then it's been reliable.

I use newsgroups alot and had the joy of downloading binaries at 65k/sec consistantly...until their ng provider decided Nildram users were too heavy for their systems to cope and we now have to live with 30k downloads ;-(

Also, there have been delays with their new 155mb pipe installation, BUT Nildram came through on this. They gave heavy users a new temporary login to get full bandwidth without any disuptions to their daily usage; I can't imaging BT doing such a thing!

I've recommended serveral friends to Nildram and they've all been very pleased with their level of support, consistant bandwidth and excellent performance.
