Advantages: ADSL is good

Disadvantages: Customer service/support frustrating

I've used Nildram for over 3 years now for dial-up, email and hosting of a large website. For the majority of that time I was extremely impressed.

However, Nildram have thrived in that time too and the company has grown from being a very small company with excellent personal service to one where all the experts have been elevated out of front line support and customer service leaving inexperienced people.

Whilst a few of the team are very helpful and do try their best, some of them have proved to be complete jobsworths and very patronising.

I used to recommend Nildram wholeheartedly, but recently they've been the cause of a lot of stress for me.

Shame...

I will say however that their ADSL service is good and seems to work 99% of the time.
