i,ve had so much problem since it's gone virgin to get thru to cancel various package as i don't utalise them
you can put thru so many different recorded messages by this time uget fed up
so i put the phone down
please make our lives easier than this!
It's not time consuming or cost effective
finally i told someone to cancel my package yet they've charged me full for this month!

dont go online shopping with Sainburystoyou - Advantages: appart fom the disadvatnges its a good service, keeps the kids happy when online, 17.99 per month - Disadvantages: you dont get to to see any buy one get one free offers, you dont get to see any free nectar poits offers, secure check out takes a long time and often fails
