Advantages: good intenet help

Disadvantages: poor customer services

Although I can not fault the Internet service that they provide, which has free access but a very helpful help line (if you e mail them) I wouldn't say the same for the TV & phone side of things.

The customer service is appalling. Did you know that they have to get rid of jobs on their screens as soon as possible? They do that by passing it to someone else in a different department! This then means that their figures are showing as responding quickly to customers and faults are being dealt with promptly.

We were promised a visit this week to rectify out TV channels. We stayed in all day and waited and nothing! We waited the next day as we had already been told how busy they were; when we rang to find out what was happening! So then we rang again the following day and was told the job had been cleared from the screen as dealt with! We therefore asked what had been dealt with? can you believe we were told ' a man called and checked the box on the wall outside your house and it was ok' BUT the fault is inside the house on the TV! We are expecting them to call next week......maybe we should camp outside to make sure they call inside!

All I can say to them is
N..never
T...tell
L..lies!!!!
it trips them up just like the cables!

If you ever need to ring them get the name of the person you are speaking to! Persevere, you'll get there in the end...I hope

They finally came today and the chap said 'it ain't my job, you'll need someone else' So yet again we have to wait for another visit and hope they send the right department. What on earth is going on?
