Advantages: good tv channels

Disadvantages: unable to contact through email

I have been with NTL for 2 years and my services keep getting disconnected every week usually i call the free phone number and after 20 min get them resumed now they have changed there tel number to a 0845 no which now means i can not call from land line as services is cut off only accept free phone numbers this is such a hassle. also when you pay bill on line it can take you up to 15 mins

Explaining your whole experience with NTL will not only help your ratings to be better, but will also give people more information about the intricacies of a service like this from your point of view as a user. YOUR experience counts an awful lot here. For example, why did you go with them and what initially attracted you ? How were they say in comparison with others you looked at ?
