Worst customer service EVER (NTL)

I have the phone, TV & broadband services, the only thing I can say about this company is, DON'T GO THERE if you have got better things to do except for calling their customer services all day. I have been wiv them for almost a year, can't cancel it b/c of the stupid contract. The customer service is utterly unhelpful& unprofessional. I have been trying to give them a month notice since my contract is due in september, they put me thru different departments but NEVER the right one! I have been waited to talk 2 someone but it's never a real person there, plus I have 2 pay 4 the phone!!! The bill is never right, they always charge more of course. You have 2 ring them every single month 2 get ur money back. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Summary: Don't go there cos it's cheap, it really is not
