Advantages: none - appauling at every level

Disadvantages: This company is everthing a bad company should strive to be.

Learn by my mistakes and avoid this company at all costs. I can honestly say I would rather do without Broadband, TV or phone than give this appauling company another penny of my money. The customer service is a joke - the left hand simply does not know what the right hand is doing. They lied repeatedly about our package and to add insult to injury insisted that we had to pay them 200 pounds at the end of our contract for them to not call the baliffs in. I simply do not have the time or inclination to list each and every cock up the company made when we had the misfortune to be contracted to them but suffice to say it all started from before we were even set up to after the contract was ended. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Well that's your experience - mine (and seemingly that of numerous other on here) is that they shouldn't be touched with a barge pole. Without doubt they are the pits and I personally wouldn't go back to them if you paid me.

I have been with NTL for a few years and yes, they have made a few mistakes but they have always them when I have spoken to their Customer Service people.
