Nightmare NTL especially if you are disabled (NTL)

NTL Never Again
On 20th October I phoned NTL to tell them I would be moving house 3rd November and wanted the same deal that I already have.
On 23rd October I had to phone them again because our moving date had changed. I explained very clearly that when I got our new moving date I would get in touch with the.
5 minutes after the call our cable TV was cut off.
I phoned again and was told it would not be put back on for 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
27th October a man from ntl phoned us to say he had a new box for us, we told him what had happened and he said he would sort it out for us. We are still waiting.
3rd November a Engineer phoned us to say it was at our new address to connect us back up. I again explained what had happened, he said he would sort it out for us. minutes later my phone had been disconnected.
I spent 1 hour 30 minutes going through 5 departments trying to get my phone put back on. I was told it would take 5 days!!!!!!!!
I have sent numerous e-mails to all departments since last Friday and not had one reply.
I explained to them it was there mistake and that I am disabled and I have seizures and that I need my phone it's my life line and guess what they were just not interested.
So if anyone out there is disabled or moving house do not get NTL.
I think NTL stands for Not Till Last will we consider helping you! NTL I think not
