I agree with every writer about NTL The name really means NT hell. A lady friend of mine wanted NTL she phoned up and they came on the day suggested but later than told. They fitted everything to satisfaction and told us her she would be online in 2 hours with her existing telephone number. This never happend and she was told the engineers had lied and that it would be 5 days. I advised her to cancel straight away as the inconvenience would be a problem to the many clients who did not know her temporary number. She did as advised. They promised to pick the box up between 8am and 12pm later changed to 1 pm later changed to that day. They never did turn up until 2 days later. Yes friends in my opinion and I think a vast number of clients and ex clients they are the world's worst
cable service if not the worst ever service providers. I posted a question on Yahoo not one answer was in favour of NTL. The sooner that company goes bankrupt and a new reliable company takes over the better for all concerned

Summary: the service provided by NT hell is a joke and people should avoid this comapny like the plague
