bad customer service (NTL)

Disadvantages: All off them.

I was also with nlt since i moved in, but since virgin media have taken over my t.v has not worked and i 'm still paying for it. Not happy about the problems and i can never get into contact with anyone on the phone, always seem to be busy which is not hard to imagine with there bad customer sevice that they provide. As soon as my yearly contract is over in july i will be changing to sky. Really awfull service. Hate virgin anything now. One word seems to describe them (crap).
