I have been on NTL since they lauched the phone service years back when they started in Nottingham, and I cannot fault the internet service that they provide.

They offer a very cheap, reliable, fast internet service all the time. NTL internet works out cheaper when you actually have the telephone and cable tv. This is because if you already a user of NTL, then they will provide the NTLworld internet for free for you to use, any time, any day.

How can this be done?

Well I can tell you. The internet is offered to its customers free of charge due to that NTL are a service provider and with them providing phone and cable tv to clients then there is no instalation cost and it costs nothing to sign up nor send information to that property but then NTL have got you in the way that then the customer has another phone line installed and then pay per veiw tv spending is on the up due to the amount that the customers think that they are saving.

With the internet, I have not really had any problems as such yet. I access the internet everyday, anytime of the day. During the day, the internet is quite fast, but at night and early hours of the morning, the internet can become quite slow.

The technical services as I have had to use a couple of times, and I have found them top be very helpfull and effiecient, but at the weekends there is sometimes a call waiting and at 50pence a min, the bill soon shoots up.

I would reccommend NTL to anyone that can get it in their area as they do save you a lot more money. The only catch is because it is cheaper, you use the phone more so that in the end, the phone bills can be more expensive.
