Had NTL digital TV and broadband for 2 years in my old place until July 2003. Digital TV was usually good quality and went out of action twice during that time; in each case restored within a day. Badly trained call centre staff don't help when you complain. thats if you can get through. if you work all day and only watch digital tv at night like most people you should watch out because ntl closes at night. there is staff there during the day when little people will ... At first NTL service are great and compared to ADSL it is far better! Now that NTL have 1 gb per day doesnt mean that there are a Rubbish ISP by far... who downloads 1 gb a day unless you are illegal downloading films off the net.
