Super service, super price (O2 Broadband)

Advantages: Excellent price, good service for the technophobe

We begun using O2 broadband around 2 years ago, and have since recommended many friends and family. My husband and I are both O2 mobile users and therefore received an additional discount. We have unlimited broadband for only £7.34 each month. In addition there were no start up fees and the wireless box was provided free.

At first I had a few problems with the set up but the staff were extremely helpful, and to be fair the original wireless box I received turned out to be faulty. They were quick to send out a replacement, and any time I have had to contact their support team, I have always got to the root of the problem and its been fixed without a problem.

I have to say I think you would be hard pushed to find as good a service for a better price. The equipment is neat and works well, and I've had no problems over the 2 years I have used them.
