I have been with O2 for as long as I have had a mobile phone all be it my actual contract is arranged through the carphone warehouse but the supplier for my phone is O2. You can also deal with them direct as they have stores on the high street which always look well set out with a range of mobile phones on display or through their internet site which I have actually used a couple of times to check out alternative contracts when my old one was up for renewal.

As a mobile phone service provider they are pretty good and have been largely hassle free based upon my own personal experience, the current contract I have is brilliant for me, 600 free minutes to any network plus a 1000 text each month all for £35 per month on an eighteen month contract however I get £600 in cash back paid in three equal instalments every six months. You do have to submit the claim in writing with a copy of your bill but this is easy to diarise and they pay up within 30 days by cheque.

I find the service I get to be good, they have pretty good coveridge and I'm rarely without a signal, the odd interruption but it is normally back up a few yards further one so no complaints from me as they are a good service provider with some great offers available.
