Advantages: Fantastic customer service, lots of great deals, lots of mobiles on offer, great signal.
Disadvantages: None
O2 have been my network provided for the last 5 years or so and I have no want or need to move to another network in the future.
I have used them for both Pay As You Go & Pay Monthly services and I am currently in an 18 month iPhone contract which I pay £45.00 a month for. I received a free 8GB 3G iPhone in Black and I get 1200 minutes, unlimited text messages and unlimited internet as well as insurance which covers accidental damage, loss or theft. I am very pleased with what I get for my money as I make full use of the contract using the internet for a few hours each day to check email, visit Facebook, chat on MSN, download applications & visit Dooyoo of course.
I have always been very pleased with their customer service and have contacted them on many occasions to query bills, items on my bills, change my phone number or report a loss of a mobile phone. I have always find my call to be answered promptly within a few minutes & the first member of staff I speak to is pretty much always the one who can deal with my query or complaint.
I always experience great service wherever I am and although I initially had a few signal problems with my new phone this was down to requiring a new update (free of charge!) and not to do with the network itself. I always receive my calls and text messages on time, without delay, and I can make and receive clear phone calls at all times.
Overall I really do not have any complaints at all about the service. I think that they offer some fantastic offers for both Pay Monthly & Pay As You Go customers and some of them are just nowhere near as expensive as with other providers. When I was a Pay As You Go customer I received free minutes and texts each month just for topping up with £10 or £15 and they often have lots of surprise offers for Pay As You Go customers such as 10% back on top ups, a free treat every time you top up, free O2 calls & texts when you top up £15.00 a month and this does not even deduct any of your credit for the privilege!
I would definitely recommend O2 and there is always a great range of offers available for customers. I would advise either checking out their website or giving them a call if you want to find out more.
I am rating O2 5/5 as for me they have always been a perfect, hassle free network provider.
Summary: A company offering fantastic customer service & lots of great deals.
