I have been on o2 pay and go for years and I wanted a new phone and I found out it is cheaper for me to go on pay monthly, I had a bit of credit on my pay and go phone and phoned up o2 and they were friendly and helpful. I went through to the monthly line first but this was the wrong number.
The guy I spoke to took my details and very quickly transfered me to the right people. In my experience, when someone transfers you, they want to get rid of you but no, he put me through to the right place and gave the next agent all my details so I didn't have to repeat myself.
The next agent was just as helpful and it took 5 minutes for him to get the info he needed from me and to very clearly explain what was going to happen.
This is the first time i've spoken to o2 and so far, they have 10/10 from me!
I wish all call center agents were this friendly and professional.

Summary: Great first time experience :)
