Advantages: Great customer services, range of phones
Disadvantages: Occasionally a little overpriced
Well I'm not sure why we went with O2 in the first place but I have to say I'm glad we did. The service from them has been nothing short of fantastic.
They have a great range of phones, often including exclusives such as the iPhone (see my other reviews) and the XDA ranges. Many of which are offered at competitive prices.
The signal range is also very good, I only struggle for signal in very rural areas, unfortunately that's where I live but can't always be helped. Generally very strong though and with a reasonably good internet signal too.
Where o2 really excels though is their customer service, I've never spoken to someone who couldn't understand me, which is a testament to UK call centres and to people being able to understand my idiot speak! This works out both in store and on the phone so whatever option I go I'm laughing. Their retention department is also very good at cracking a deal and will do their best to solve any problems you have when you're thinking about leaving, so much so that my family and I have been with them for 10 years now under various names and we're in no rush to leave!
Summary: Go for them!
