Advantages: Good signal
Disadvantages: sometimes i cant send out texts
O2 is a highly popular network around the country.
There is something for everyone on o2 pay as you go (PAYG) wether you want free texts, free calls, free calls and text all you have to do is top-up a minimum of £10 a month and you will get free what ever you choose.
I have been with every mobile network in the UK exclueding the network "3"
And out of all the networks i have been with (which is a fair few) O2 has to be the best.
I always have a good signal and if i have any problems with my phone (i have only had 2 problems) o2 are happy to guid you what to do over te phone or take the phone to the shop were they will mend it for you.
In my opinon o2 is worth changing networks to if you like free calls and texts.
You can also order free simcards on there website.
O2 have a very helpful costumer department, i have had to ring a few times as i was having problems with my phone, costumer service were very helpful and i had my phone repaired within in a few weeks.
signal 10/10
Customer service 9/10
rewards 10/10
O2 have a HUGE variety of mobiles available from the iphone to cheap and basic phones starting at around £20 each.
It is really worth taking a look around there website or pop into your local store, i have been with o2 for many years and i am very happy customer and have recommend them to many of my friends.
Summary: Worth investing
