I have to say i think O2 are the best mobile company and i cannot say a bad word about them.
I was with vodafone for about 5 years then i got a new phone for christmas and it was o2 so i decided to stay with them. Within days i found them so much better. In my area the network service was so much better than i had been able to get with vodafone.
Their customer service is second to none. No matter what goes wrong or whatever problems i have with them they are always able to help me. For example when i lost a few fones over the years and rang them up and they are able to send me out a new sim card free of charge within a day or two in order for me to keep the same number i had.
Their customer service is the best customer service i have experienced in using any kind of service

The next best thing about o2 is their spectacular offers throught the year. And they seem to change these to bigger and better things all the time. For example if i now put £15 into my phone a month i get unlimited calls and texts to all o2 numbers and i still can keep the £15 in my phone every month to make calls or texts to non o2 numbers. It means im always able to keep in touch with people without having to spend a fortune on phone credit.
They also have new promotion whereby if you top up £10 you get a silver surprise and £15 gets you a gold surprise. The surprises here can range from free voicemail or free internet browsing to free digitial cameras.
They have a promotion that has been running with them as long as i can remember this being every 3 months you get 10% back on all your top ups and this is auto added to your phone balance. I love this little treat every 3 months.
Also if you ever do run out of credit they have a promotion called lend us a quid and they give u a pound which they will take back when you top up again.
They also have an excellent upgrade system. For example when i went to buy a new phone recently with them i was able to get either 45 off a phone or 85 worth of credit if i bought it full price. This is the best thing ever about it , my boyfriend and all my family have all switched to them and used this after a few months to upgrade to better phones.
People think upgrades are only available on a pay monthly contract. This is not the case

I have to say i love o2 pay as you go and have absolutely no gripes whatsoever with them and would encourage everyone to join them.
