O2 is my personal choice for network and definitely earns it's crown for UKs best mobile service provider.
I've been with O2 for over 4 years now and I've received a great service throughout.
Signal strength is brilliant in my area, usually giving me 3-5 (full) bars of 3G service. Call quality is great with coverage all across the UK and text messages are sent and received almost instantly. 3G internet speed is also very fast and compared to my friends T-Mobile and "3" 3G speeds, O2 definitely comes out on top!
O2 also have a great range of phones and this is improved with their exclusivity contract for the iPhone. Pretty much every phone is available from O2 with great deals on pay & go or contract to match.
As for customer service O2 have 24/7 call centres mainly UK based which sort out the majority of problems, with advice that is actually useful. The staff also seem to be very friendly and are usually up for a chat.
Overall O2 is the number one mobile service provider and they also offer a range of other products such as broadband and the O2 Joggler. I would highly recommend joining O2 and enjoying the benefits of O2 Priority and Blueroom
