Great network Poor customer service knowledge (O2)

Advantages: The network seems very good on O2 no waiting for customer service

Disadvantages: The lack of basic knowledge is disapointing

I have been with O2 for a short time but believe I have experienced enough to give a fair review of the service you may receive as an O2 customer.
I have been with O2 now for almost 3 months on there simplicity tariff that gives the customer 6oo minutes a 600 texts and unlimited landlines as my bolt-on of choice.
I have found the o2 network to be far superiority to Orange and I was a customer of there's for almost 10 years. The sign up process was easy in one of there Bristol stores and the phone I was using at the time an Orange HTC Diamond touch was unlocked and worked well on there network
I would lie to say at this point I have purchased a pay as you go I phone and have put my simplicity sim card in it.
This has worked fantastically and its very rare that I lose signal
I have found the customer service to be friendly however they lack knowledge regarding the unlimited web bolt-on where no one can tell me what the usage is to my disappointment
I would ask if anyone is reading this and knows what the fair usage is I would be really pleased to find out I will also review all your reviews for you. I have called O2 a number of times from my handset and always get through quite quickly which is a plus and everyone I have spoken to seems to be based in the UK another plus.

The only think that lets O2 down is the lack of knowledge in the web unlimited fair usage policy where nothing is written down but calling O2 you hear different things from different people.
In conclusion I am very happy with the network coverage and my iphone which at present only available on O2 hence why its mentioned in this review is the best phone I have ever purchased.
The service whilst good lacks the basic knowledge which is a cause for concern.
I would recommend O2 as a service provider
