O2 are a fantastic communications provider. They not only deal in mobile communications but have not ventured into services like broadband and the likes. They are hard to fault as they have been nothing but first class for the last 3 or 4 years I have been using them. The first time I had contact with O2 was with my mobile phone. I used ... I have been a customer of 02 for over 10 years(back when they were BTCellnet) and would never rate them anything less than 5/5 despite having a couple of disputes with them. Any time I have raised a concern or complaint my account generally will get a credit and I will leave the conversation happy again. I made the switch from pay as ... Read the complete review

I have been with O2 for a short time but believe I have experienced enough to give a fair review of the service you may receive as an O2 customer. I have been with O2 now for almost 3 months on there simplicity tariff that gives the customer 6oo minutes a 600 texts and unlimited landlines as my bolt-on of choice. I have found the o2 ... I've been with O2 for years because I think their tarriffs are fair and customer service has always been brill. I'm on pay as you go on the O2 Unlimited tariff and that suits me wicked because nearly everyone in my phonebook is on O2 so by topping up £15.00 a month I get unlimited calls and texts to them. The price to phone another ... Read the complete review

I have been with o2 for 5 years. I started off way back when the Nokia 360 was the epitome of cool and the most fissionable phone. The reason for joining o2 at the time was because of there great genie chip they had. On their website you could get a sim card and 5 more for free. This particular sim was one that when topping up 10 ... Read the complete review

I have been with O2 on a few occassions now with my previous times with them being on pay-as-you go whereby I was always choosing based on the phone I was purchasing but recently I was looking into getting a contract phone deal with just a sim and was on a cashback website I use by the name of quidco.co.uk when I noticed a deal on O2 and decided ... My fiancee has been with O2 for about 8 years now, and when I moved to England I was looking to get a contract phone. The service in our village varies between providers, and very quickly I realised I could have orange, O2 or vodaphone, but not 3, Virgin or T-mobile. We called up O2 and on stating she already had a contract they sort ... Read the complete review

O2 is my personal choice for network and definitely earns it's crown for UKs best mobile service provider. I've been with O2 for over 4 years now and I've received a great service throughout. Signal strength is brilliant in my area, usually giving me 3-5 (full) bars of 3G service. Call quality is great with coverage all across the UK and ... Read the complete review

I have been with 3 of the big 4 mobile phone networks and must say I have found o2 to be the best. ==== Choice of phones available ==== Overall there isn't really all that much difference in availability between all networks (obviously as manufacturers wish to offer their product to as big an audience as possible), one ... I have been with the O2 phone network, before it even became O2. Many years ago when I was just a teenager I bought my first mobile phone. It was a Philips one, with a tiny screen, black and white, and it was the first phone to send smiley faces, it was so revolutionary! I bought it from tescos as it was the same phone a lot of my ... O2 is one of the better mobile phone providers that I have known, and I've been with Orange and Virgin previously. While their contract fees are pretty much the same, O2 differs by always having some great offers which allow you to get loads of cashback, which you of course can also get by signing up via 3rd party sites. Poor mobile broadband service. The connection constantly drops for no discernible reason.
The service is very unreliable; I never know how long it will take me to download something, and I spend way too much time having to monitor the quality of reception.
I would certainly not recommend this service to anyone, unless they enjoy being stressed.
An additional issue is how little guidance there is on how to set up the service on a Mac.

I have to say i think O2 are the best mobile company and i cannot say a bad word about them. Last year I signed up to an o2 pay as you go sim card. The reason for this, I just signed up for o2 broadband and to receive an even more competitive broadband deal I signed up to o2 pay as you go. With regard to the cost of calls and text messages, it seems to be the standard expensive rate, however there are a few features that make the o2 ... Read the complete review

I have been with 02 for five years now as a pay as you go customer and am satisfied with the service I receive from them. I originally joined them when I applied on their website for a sim card-I already had a good phone and just wanted a cheaper, more useful payment plan than I was getting on the Orange network.
