02, formerly known as BT Cellnet is one of the leading mobile phone networks that offers both contract and pay as you go phones with excellent call, text and internet rates. I'm a dedicated customer of 02, I've been with 02 now for about the last 2 or 3 years, I was formally with Orange but after having problem upon problem with them ... Read the complete review

I have been a customer of o2 for over two years and I have to say I am really happy with this company. I started off on an 18 month contract where I received 200 minutes and 500 texts for £25 a month. This really isn't an amazing deal, but I find you have to be with the company for the duration of a contract before you can have much ... Read the complete review

I first swapped from Virgin Mobile to o2 on a pay as you go tariff when all my friends had made the switch and Virgin Mobile had just raised their prices. *Tariff* o2 has a never ending list of different tariffs, this is an advantage depending on how much effort you want to put in seeking the best tariff for you, if you're ... O2 (formerly BT Cellnet) are one of the most subscribed to mobile phone network providers in the United Kingdom, and I have been a customer of theirs for the past six or seven years, having also had dealings with Orange and T-Mobile. Overall I've been relatively impressed with the service I've had with the company - I can't say I've ... Read the complete review

I have been an o2 customer for about 4 years. In general I find their service very good. Customer Services are always very helpful and obliging. When I last wanted an upgrade I gave them a call to discuss my options. They told me that because I had been a customer for so long I got better deals and managed to get a ... I have been a customer of o2 for many years now, when I first got a mobile phone I was with Vodafone, I did not like the service so opted to look around and o2 was the best on offer at the time. I had an o2 contract mobile phone for 2 years, then a friend said cancel it, and buy on o2 online. There are better deals and cheaper contracts ... Read the complete review

Well I'm not sure why we went with O2 in the first place but I have to say I'm glad we did. The service from them has been nothing short of fantastic. They have a great range of phones, often including exclusives such as the iPhone (see my other reviews) and the XDA ranges. Many of which are offered at competitive prices. The ... I have been on o2 pay and go for years and I wanted a new phone and I found out it is cheaper for me to go on pay monthly, I had a bit of credit on my pay and go phone and phoned up o2 and they were friendly and helpful. I went through to the monthly line first but this was the wrong number. The guy I spoke to took my details and very ... Read the complete review

I've been an O2 customer for around 5 years now and I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with them. My contract (which I purchased online) is still pretty good by today's standards and I've always been impressed by their renewal offers. I don't use my phone an awful lot - I don't call people too much and I'm not an ... Read the complete review

I have been a contract customer with o2 continously for the past 8 years (time flies). I have had bad experiences with other network providers with things like charging me for text messages when they are supposed to be free, making it difficult for me to retain my number when I want to switch networks so being with o2 has been like a breath of ... O2 have been my network provided for the last 5 years or so and I have no want or need to move to another network in the future. I have used them for both Pay As You Go & Pay Monthly services and I am currently in an 18 month iPhone contract which I pay £45.00 a month for. I received a free 8GB 3G iPhone in Black and I get 1200 ... Read the complete review

I have my pay monthly contract with O2, which I am a few months into. I chose O2 becuase they had the best deal on the phone I wanted - 100 minutes and unlimited texts for £15 a month. I also went through Mobiles.co.uk and got a further 11 months half price line rental. I have phoned O2 a few times since getting the phone, ... Read the complete review

I have been with O2 now for just over 2 years and must say that I have never had a problem with them. I have read a lot of negative reviews on this site about O2 network, but I think that there service is great, network coverage is reliable and their special offers is fantastic. After being a loyal customer to Orange for roughly 10 years with a touch of One-to-no-one mixed in, I decided to give o2 a try. Orange had made a number of blunders with my account and when I received an upgrade which turned out to have a number of defects against it because of the added Orange software, I decided to move ... This review is regarding the o2 network and not any of their phones or shops. I've been with O2 now for 6 years on my mobile, and for just over 6 months I've been with O2 broadband too. I've got a pay as you go simcard, and the tariff I'm on is if I top up £15 a month, I get unlimited texts and calls to all O2 numbers. This suits me down to a T, as most of my friends and family are on O2. You get to keep ... Read the complete review

I recently reviewed Orange and having turned to o2 recently I feel I can give an early opinion on this network. Maybe the review will turn for the better or worse in the coming months or at the end of my time with them, however this is just my experience and opinion of o2 so far. Now what I look for in a contract is minutes and texts. ... Read the complete review
