Very poor customer service for broadband, not solve the problem just pass the ball to other companies (like websites, computer manufacturer). Disappointed with the customer service. Going to shift some other ISP.

Poor Customer service, very poor website. They haven't made it easy for me to change tariffs on pay as you go and I do feel ripped off by them. Network coverage is good and their top up system is reliable
