O2 really has a few advantages and disadvantages to their stores and services. I used to be with orange for a few years before I decided to switch. There was a few reasons that I did switch to them. 1- the Orange network never had any reception, and I was always finding problem with their services. 2- my fiancé was on O2 which meant that all my ... I love o2! By far the best mobile network I have been on. They offer a huge range of things when on Pay and Go. When signed up too o2 you get o2 Rewards where they give you 10% back of all the credit you top up with in the three months; o2 treats where you can choose between a whole range of things per month; 300 texts if you top up ... I've been a customer with O2 for at least the last five years (my memory is a little sketchy on when I got my first O2 payg sim), with two eighteen month contracts included in that. I switched to o2 initially for their 300 texts when you top up £10 a month, but when I went to university I found I was calling and texting more to stay in contact ... Read the complete review

Poorest and the most arrogant customer service I've ever experienced. It took 24 days to get back to me once I've placed my order online.I think they have more than enough customer through Iphone deal.I cancelled my order and I will never deal with them I was saying to myself after a week customer service called me and ask me if I still want to keep my order which was cancelled a week ago.Shame...

o2 Coverage is fantastic and their in store staff are friendly and helpfull, even if they do push you to go for the larger tariff's with thousands of minutes you will never use on. I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100 which I use for business purposes and it began to experience a repeated "Sim Card Error" after I fell of my bike, ... Read the complete review

Having been with various other networks and been dis-satisfied with their customer service (or lack of!). I've been with o2 for quite a while and their customer service remains the top, no matter which store you visit. I was first of all on the o2 pay and go trariff where you got 300 texts for topping up £10 - this was once per month. ... Read the complete review

I first went onto O2 when I realised that it would work out better than my previous network. I am on the pay-as-u-go part and have been for around 3 years! Normally I top up about £10 whenever I need it. With this £10 I get 300 free texts and the chance to get 10% back on my top-ups for free. I am also on O2 rewards which will occassionally give ... I bought a contract with O2 back in 2006 because I was spending a lot on pay as you go. At the time O2 were the company with the best phones and deals so that was why I chose to go with them. The first year of my contract was fine and dandy, then I took out another contract and upgraded my phone. I had been told that because I was on an 18month ... Read the complete review

O2 are a great mobile phone network provider, my other half has been with O2 on pay as you go for quite a few years now without any problems. Like most telephone network providers they have a lot of different attractive packages which you can choose from to be able to pick the one that suits you best. After spending the last 5 or so years on Orange I decided it was time for a change. I was paying £35 per month and getting about 500 minutes, 1000 texts and a magic number (free calls to a designated number on Orange). I decided that I no longer wanted to pay that much so I had a look around and found O2 Simplicity. For £20 per month they were ... Read the complete review

On the 4th of this month I got a bill for £629, when I phoned to ask why, they told me that it was disconnection charges. In fact O2 had disconnected me in error by forgetting to cancel my disconnection when I negotiated a new contract. I cant say I have much in the way of direct experience with any other mobile phone provider, I took a pay as you go approach while I was at school (mum being the 'if you're going to be late, call us!' kind) and stayed on that comfortably for four years or so.
