Advantages: Get lots of free minutes, free accessories

Disadvantages: none

I have been an One2One customer for past two years and never had a problem with them. They have been rated number one network in Orange’s own survey believe it or not. Day by day their customer services is getting better.

If you ever need to speak to their customer services, all you need to do is dial 121 from your one2one handset. This call is free. Choose the right option through the recorded message and you are through to a customer services adviser in no time. The great thing about them is that if they can’t help you with your query then they won’t transfer the call. But they will find out for you from other department and come back to you. They also give you choice of whether you would like to hold the line or get them to call you. If you ever get to put on hold, you get to hear music that is not boring at all. The agents are so polite and very patient.

I have a Siemens sl45 and Nokia 6210 on this network. One of the phones belongs to my husband. I am on Precept 400 priceplan, which is one of the business timeplans. So what do you get in this priceplan?

Cost - £35.00 per month

WHAT CAN YOU USE YOUR FREE MINUTES FOR?
(Peak and Off Peak time)

1. Local/National calls
2. Calls to other One 2 One numbers
3. Fax & Data Calls

HOW MUCH YOU ARE CHARGED FOR CALLING VARIOUS DESTINATIONS
(Please note the charges are including tax)

Local and national (once u run out of your free minutes) 5p
Calls between One 2 One customers 10p
Other Mobile Operator’s customers 20p
Text Messaging to One 2 One customers 5p
Text Messaging – to other network 10p

They are nice not to charge for voicemail. Because I have noticed that some of the networks do. You only get charged if you use it whilst roaming. There are other things that you can have like mobile e-mail. There is no monthly subscription charge. You only
pay 10p for each e-mail you receive and send. Fax messaging is free as well but you have to request for it. Please bear in mind you will be charged for the amount of time it takes you to download the fax. I would like to quickly explain on how Fax Messaging works. You are allocated a fax number to which you can get people to send you a fax. This is stored under your voicemail. It is so convenient as you can download this fax message on to another fax machine. For example if someone sent a fax to my fax no. A new voicemail indicator will appear on my phone. I dial my voicemail by pressing number 1 key like I usually do. The recorded message tells me how many faxes and how long they are. There is also help option if you need any help on how to download the fax. What more can one ask for.

As if that’s not enough. You also get free International Roaming. If you are not on Precept priceplan, depending on your credit status, you are sometimes asked for a deposit.

That’s not all, you also get a free Priority Line number. The Priority Line Service is an extra number that allows precept customers to divert their mainline number to voicemail (or another UK number), but still be able to receive calls on their additional line. You can either call 555 from your One 2 One handset or 07930 555555 from a landline. The recorded message will allow you to hear your current priority line settings, or modify them if required.

The coverage is fine as well. Never had a dropped call or no coverage. One2One are always installing new cells every day to make the coverage better. I am not just saying but I have noticed the difference.
