OK, Now that is done with. I received my first telephone bill from One2One last week, which should only be £15 a month. It was nearly £30. They charged about £10 for the part month which is fair enough. They charged £15 for the next month ahead, which is also fair enough. They also charged £2.13 for text messages. I only sent around 25 messages, so I should not have been charged. So I called the One2One service centre. After I had explained the situation he checked with the Billing department and appologised for the mistake. I was told that they would credit me with £2.50 (which was the £2.13 rounded up) and also another £2.50 as a good will gesture.

I am very happy with this as you could imagine.

Next month, I should only be charged £12.50 (£15 minus £2.50)

This is an overall very good tariff.

This previous op
in the category is slightly incorrect now, since it said you get 50 text messages to One2One network. Which has now been changed to 50 text messages to any network.

Good op. Do the free minutes per month roll over?
