Advantages: Cheap, Free Nokia 8310
Disadvantages: Poor Coverage, Uncaring Staff, Really Bad
One2one are pants. Once upon a time they were good, I worked for them for 2 years and they were brill, but today I went to get a new mobile and I was asked to pay £100 deposit which I did on my card, I found out to my horror that the coverage is pants in the North East where I wanted to use it so I took the phone back and I was told it would take 28 days to refund the £100 deposit back to my card, I rang customer services who then told me I would receive a cheque. I asked them If they can take money from my account straightaway then why does it take a month to refund it!. I spoke to the disconnections dept (known as Specialist care team) and demanded that it be refunded sooner, after about 10 mins the adviser said she would get it done within 5-7 days which I don't mind but 28 days is a bit steep. Needless to say I will be ringing them everyday to chase this up until the money is received in my account. Then I shall skip along to Mr Vodafone!!!

- 11/03/02 I have been on this network for 3 years plus, and i have never had any problems (see op), sounds like you caught them on an off day, 28 days to refund a deposit is harsh. Why did you have to pay that in the first place anyway???
