Avoid T-mobile like the plague.

I joined T-mobile mainly because all my friends and family and decided to migrate to T-mobile, so it worked out cheaper if I did as well. When I moved from Vodafone to T-mobile I bought my number along with me. This is when the problems started. Orginally the number was meant to be connected on the 15th of the month but it didn't. They decided not to connect for another 3 days, however Vodafone had disconnected (as they were ment to do). This ment that over a course of three days I got no calls and no texts. However I did get £1.30 back in line rental back as a form of compensation.

After two months it seemed T-mobile decided to change my number back to a Vodafone number. So that anyone who called me on the T-mobile network would be billed as a vodafone call rather than free minutes. So I called them up and the said they will sort it out. A month later it is still not sorted. They have a great service.
