... a world full of expanding technology and new innovations it becomes very difficult to keep up with what's happening in the world. You buy one new gadget and just as you learn how to use it another one appears and yours becomes out of date. The same is to be said for mobile phones. Not long ago they were absolutely huge! Once upon a time they were good, I worked for them for 2 years and they were brill, but today I went to get a new mobile and I was asked to pay £100 deposit which I did on my card, I found out to my horror that the coverage is pants in the North East where I wanted to use it so I took the phone back and I was told it would take 28 days to refund the £100 deposit back to my card, I rang customer services who then told me I would receive a cheque. I asked them If they can take money from my account straightaway then why does it take a month to refund it!. I spoke to the disconnections dept (known as Specialist care team) and demanded that it be refunded ...

... think in the past One 2 One have had problems matching Vodafone and Cellnet but I believe they are now on the write track with their new tariff's wider range of handsets and better coverage. One 2 One have just published their new tariffs which are a great deal compared to some other network operator costs. An example of this is the Anytime 200 tariff which gives you a massive 200 minutes for only £25.00 per month where as for the same price you only get 150 minutes on vodafone. Also if you look a the call charges one 2 one only 5p per minute at all times where as Vodafone is 10p peak and 5p off peak vodafone being a massive 50% more expensive. Another advantage...
