Advantages: Very Cheap, High level of service, No minium contract
Disadvantages: I have experienced yet!
Onetel was recently awarded 'ISP of the year' and deservedly so. The service offered by onetel is outstanding. There are a variety of ISP packages to suit anyone. There's 'pay as you go' where you pay only 1p per minute and monthly Subscription packages are as low as £3.99. Unlimited access is only £9.99 per month. There is no tie when joining Onetel as there is no minium contract (usually there is a 12-month contract with the likes of freeserve and BT). You may choose and register an internet package either over the phone or on-line. The on-line service offers a 'package wizard' whcich is very effective in choosing the right package for you. With your chosen package you will recieve 3 e-mail addresses and 10mb of free webspace. The level of customer service from Onetel is superb. You can either contact Onetel via phone or send an e-mail, from which there is a rapid response (same or next day). Onetel's interaction with customers is also very good. They will contact you from time-to-time to check if you are happy with the service. Bills can be paid by a range of methods and bills can viewed online and are also mailed to the customer. Onetel is an exceptionally good ISP. There is a package to suit everyone. I highly recommend them.

- 02/07/03 Bit short review but agree their isp is very reliable and unbeatable value for a payg.
No good for UK calls now as they charge a whopping connection fee.
Almost unbeatable value for international calls, no connection charges. |

- 01/07/03 I've been using Onetel for international calls for a long while now without any complaints, so no real surprise to read a positive review here. I see you've already taken Cirrus's advice so I'll just say welcome to dooyoo and go and have a look at your other ops. If you need a hand with anything on here just let me know. |

- 01/07/03 I still prefer to stay with Freeserve. Pity my area doesn't do broadband though. |
