Advantages: None at all.

Disadvantages: Where do I begin no signal staff say they have set things up and have not its not good.

I was with Orange for nearly 5 years as a customer and in that time I did not feel very valued when I tried to do certain things it never happened and a lot of the times the signal I got was terrible.I first joined the Orange network in May 2003 and had a 12 month contract and found out the phone i got which was Nokia 6100 and found out that my best friends fiancee had this phone and it was more for a woman and I was not best pleased and it just was not a great phone at all.

When that contract ran out I decided to go for a different company and went with Motorola this time again with a 12 month contract and got the Motorola V500 which was a flip phone which was an added bonus but the problem was not with how the phone was but I still got a poor signal and when I went to use the international service so I could use the phone abroad in Spain and Canada I get to both countries only to find this had not been set up even though a Orange member of staff said this had been done.

For some reason when my next contract was up I still stayed with Orange to see if things would change and I again changed companys and went with Sony Ericsson and got a K700i as I saw
a friend had one and liked the look of it but it again had its faults and still had problems there.

The final fling with Orange was an upgrade from the Sony Ericcson
K700i which was the K800i and i was impressed at first and
it had a great camera and great features and hoped this would be the turning point especially since this was an 18 month contract and it seemed to be going so well but then the old problems came back again and certain things stopped working
like the joystick so after the 18 months was up I decided to leave Orange even though when I rang up to cancel they asked me lots of stupid questions to get me to try and stay with them.

I am now with another mobile network that a friend told me about because he works for them and I have been with them for 6 months and I have never been more happier I have a Nokia N95
I can get a proper signal I am able to use my phone abroad without contacting my mobile network and the phone is a flip phone which i do like and the buttons are easier to use than previous phones.

If you are with Orange then I feel sorry for you because in my opinion they let me down as a customer. For people considering to go to Orange I would think against it.For people who have been treated correctly and fairly then well done to you because you must have got the care and attention that was clearly lacking when I was a customer with Orange and my brother left them too and I know far more people who are with the network I am with now.

Summary: A company that boasts how good it is but under the surface its got nothing going for it.
