Orange coverage, not as good as you might think (Orange Network)

My partner quite recently changed from T-Mobile to Orange.

Now, you would expect that to be a great move right? Orange do all the advertising, T-Monile need to go in a stupidly low rates to make up for the fact that their network coverage is poor, supposedly... Well that's wrong.

What a mistae that was. T-Mobile had full reception with a 10 mile radius of our home, Orange however, means going to the corner of the bathroom in order to get reception, and that's in one of the major towns!

I was dissapointed with the fact that the coverage was so poor and the customer service wasn't exactly great. I tried explaining to them the issue we were having, but they weren't interested, tied into an 18 month contract now, even though their network coverage checker online says we should be fine.

Well, at least we get orange 241 tickets on a Wednesday.

Summary: Ok in general, might just be my bad luck of location.
