Advantages: Good monthly paymet packages

Disadvantages: Dont lose your phone!! They ripp you off!

I have been a customer of Orange now for at least 6 years, and my experience has had some good points, and some bad points. The good things I can say of Orange is that I have always been able to get a good rate, and a a good monthly payment plan with them. I have always been fairly satisfied with their customer services, and as far as I can say they have not succumbed to the pressure of moving their customer call centre abroad, as many other mobile supplies.

Where I was extremely disappointed with them was when recently I lost my phone and tried to get a replacement. I have been paying monthly insurance to enable me to get a replacement easily in case of losing my phone. But when I phoned an reported my phone missing, I found the experience really uncomfortable. I was questioned as if I was a criminal, and had to explain in great detail how I managed to lose my phone. After I managed to successfully answer alll the questions, I was even more shocked to hear there was a £10 admin fee in replacing my phone....quite steep I feel if you pay about £5 a month for insurance!

I feel ripped off Orange, after 6 years with you!!

Summary: Everything fine as long as you dont lose your phone...
