The future is bright, the future is orange! (Orange Network)

Advantages: cheap plans, 2for1 cinema tickets, magic numbers Disadvantages: Customer service can be rude and sometimes cant get signal I can see alot of bad reviews about Orange. I have been with them three years and never really had a problem with them. I do agree their customer service is sometimes abit rude and my bill is sometimes like £1 or £2 over what it should be and im not sure why and some areas i cant seem to get signal, but i think their service is generally good. I am on a deal of Unlimited texts with 600 minutes with a free phone (although not the phone i actually wanted when i rang up) for £30 a month. I do like to go the cinema to so the orange Wednesday which lets you go to any cineworld where you and your guest can get in 2 tickets for the price of 1 is a bonus for me. My Mum, Dad and girfriend are all on orange too so the magic number option where i can ring any of them for 3 hours a day and not use any of my minutes up. Also if you are on pay as you go you can set up magic numbers where you can talk to another orange user for one hour for 20p. I find orange network the cheapest out there with the best packages and deals to them which is all i worry about Summary: Cheap but not always cheerful |
