Advantages: great prices and excellent customer service

Disadvantages: need to improve their service for contracters

I have been with every network other than T-mobile and I have to say that Orange is by far my favourite.This is for many reasons.

Firstly, They have cheap rates, when I was on Pay as you go, I was spending £10 a month for 300 texts and the £10 credit for calls - this was great but my phone broke so I went on contract with them - 600 minutes, unlimited texts for £25 a month and I got the new Samsung Tocco Ultra - bargin. On a plus for joining I get free weekend and evening internet :).

Also, with these Pay as you go packs it is
£10 - 300 texts and £10 credit for calls.
£20 - 500 texts and £20 credit for calls.
£30+ - unlimited texts £30 credit for calls
I really think this is a great deal for people who do not trust themselves on contract

Another great thing about Orange is that whenever people can not get reception, I can and this is great for me as one of my closest friend lives in the middle of nowhere and I still get signal.

Amongst that, the staff are always really helpful in store and online, this is a bonus as I am not worried about calling, they actually seem happy to help.

I do have one problem, when I use my minutes on my contract it takes them ages to process it and sometimes they only do it once a day at night so I never know how many minutes I have less, this is not a massive problem though.

In conclusion, I would advise any body to go onto Orange if they are looking to get a good price plan or a good contract with reasonable rates and a great phone. I love the service they provide, polite, helpful and friendly.
