I have been with orange for over a year now and I was the best thing I done changing to them. I used to be on 02 and have also been with 3, but orange is by far the best I have been with.

I wanted a contract phone with the best package for me so browsed the internet for this. I am not at all interested in having the best up to date phone but this does count when I am looking for phones. Orange seemed to provide me with the best for calls and texts. I am a huge text addict... so this was by far the best deal for me.

I done this online and could see what I was getting for my money before I pen'd my name to anything. The contract I choose was Anytime 100 which meant I got 100 minutes anytime any network and unlimited texts a month for £15.. I took out the insurance that came with the phone because I know what I am like with mobiles, this cost me £6 a month.

After being with Orange for 3 months they offered me a magic number which meant I could put a number in my account which would mean I could call them anytime and i would not come off my minutes or charge me. This had to be an orange number so I put my partner down as he is the person I call the most. Every 3 or so months I get texts to tell me I can add more magic numbers so I have been using these and find it great.

So the insurance is it worth it - well to begin with I had to phone the company after 2 months to get my phone replaced because it kept freezing and the button broke. I phoned my insurance company and without any hassle arranged to get this picked up and get a new one delivered to me which was great.. This happened a few times so I know I have had my moneys worth of the insurance. I on one occasion lost my phone in the supermarket. I had to go to police and report it missing get police numbers and then phone the insurance company, this time they charged me £15 for a brand new phone which I was not happy about. I told them this and they waived the fee for me which was fine for me.. As I was paying insurance why should I pay £15 on top of this.

Orange customer services phone lines are great and they treat you as an individual unlike some call centres.

You can access your account online and see how much your bill will be each month and how many minutes/texts you have left.

There phone deals when signing up for a contract are great and if there is a phone you like not on the deal you may need to pay a little extra.

If you have an Orange phone you can text 241 and get 2 cinema texts for the price of 1. Text the number and they send you a code back take this to the cinema and you will get your discount there. This is a great deal if you use the cinema a lot which I do.

I would recommend Orange to anyone.
