Advantages: great packages, excellent customer service, fantastic network coverage
Disadvantages: None
Orange are renowned for being one of the UK's biggest mobile phone provider, and there's a few reasons I've chosen to stick with them for the past seven years.
Firstly, the customer support is absolutely fantastic. If I phone up with a query, it is always answered to the full extent of the agent's knowledge, and if the agent doesn't know, they always find out for me. Technical support is also great, they've always gone the extra mile to deal with my complaint and query.
The price is also a major factor. Orange have some of the best mobile broadband and mobile phone package I've seen. They have a number of different package, each relating to an animal. Dolphin, monkey, canary, raccoon and camel. Dolphin provides unlimited free texts and internet and is Orange's most popular package, Canary offers free evening and weekend chatting, Raccoon offers a "no frills" deal, at 15p flat call rate and 10p per text message, Camel gives you calls to over 50 countries from just 5p per minute and lastly, Monkey provides you with free music and texts.
Overall, there's a reason Orange remain one of the UK's leading networks, and its not hard to see why.
Summary: The best network provider I've had
